Tentative Timeline:
Vendor Meal:
In order to properly cover your special day with the most energy, I need food! The best time for me to eat is
when you are eating (photos of people eating are not the most attractive). Since I am on my feet for 8 +
hours and often traveling in from out of town I would love to be provided a meal that is the same as what
the guests eat.
*Will a dinner plate be provided that is the same as what the guests eat?
In the event that a meal will not be provided, I will need to leave the location for 30-45 minutes to find a
meal elsewhere. This cuts into the consecutive coverage time. Please be prepared to have some sort of
dining option for me. Thank you!
*Meals not required for 4 hour packages.

Are there any other special events or traditions at your wedding or reception that I should know about? (Cultural, traditional, etc.)
Do you plan on seeing each other before the reception?
*
If yes, it gives us the opportunity to finish as many laid back formals before the ceremony so you (and
friends/family involved in formal shots) can completely enjoy your cocktail hour and reception.

Are there any family issues that I need to know about in order to avoid any potential conflict? (i.e., parents or relatives not getting along, etc. )
Do you have any hair/makeup/anything else booked in?
Do you have anything planned in the morning?
What time are you leaving for the service? How do you plan on getting there?
Anything else I might need to know?
Ceremony Info
What time does it start? Are there any readings or other things going on during the service? Special moments that you are excited about?
Any restrictions or anything else that I may need to know about?
How would you describe your ceremony's style/aesthetic?
Reception Info
What are the plans/timings for the reception? What time are things happening - canapés, eating, speeches
etc?
How would you describe your reception's style/aesthetic?
Do you have any specific events or surprises planned that I might need to know about in advance?
(eg. cake cutting, first dance etc)
Any songs that will be part of your day?
Why did you choose them?
What are the plans for entertainment?
When is the curfew? Is there a special exit planned?
Group Photos
Please list any specific group photo lists you want here.
It can take a few minutes per group to get people arranged and together for the photograph- so I recommend keeping your groupings list as short as possible.
If you have a large family, sometimes this can be achieved by having larger groups per photo rather than many smaller arrangements..
I tend to suggest arranging your list of groupings from the largest group to smallest- that way you are able to let folks go as you finish up with them-let’s get those guests get to the party
List Groupings Here:
Group Photo Helper
Designated photo helper:It's often helpful if you can nominate an usher/friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2!) to help organize folks for photos and to help keep things running as smoothly and quickly as possible on the day.
Ideally someone in the wedding party who knows most of the key people and it usually helps to appoint someone
with a loud speaking voice who is happy to speak up and organize people!
Often I'll reach out to them before the wedding to say hello and make sure they've got a copy of a list of the
images we need.
If you could list the ideal candidate here and also their email/phone numbers -that would be great!
